Hallee – Owner, Accountant

Hallee has been in the accounting field for over 15 years and has a deep appreciation for small businesses. She discovered her passion for accounting while working at a local tax firm, where she handled bookkeeping, payroll, and sales tax processing. Over the years, Hallee has continued supporting small businesses, finding great satisfaction not only in the work she does but also in the strong relationships she builds with her clients.

Hallee helps our clients with all aspects of their business needs, including bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax, tax preparation (business and individual), invoicing, and more.

Hallee grew up in Streator and moved to the Minonk area a little before high school. Her love for small-town communities inspired her to open Hometown Bookkeeping locations in those very areas. In her free time, Hallee loves spending time with her husband Cam, son Phillip, daughter Lucy, and their dog Walter. She also enjoys exploring and shopping at local boutiques!

Terri – Enrolled Agent

Terri brings over 35 years of experience in the accounting field. As a past business owner herself, she has spent years helping both individuals and small businesses with tax preparation and bookkeeping. Her depth of knowledge and commitment to client success make her a trusted resource for all things accounting.

Terri is an Enrolled Agent, a credential she earned by successfully passing a thorough IRS examination covering both individual and business tax returns. She also commits to ongoing continuing education each year to stay current with the latest changes in tax laws.

With her extensive experience, Terri assists our clients with their monthly bookkeeping as well as both business and individual tax preparation.

In her free time, Terri loves spending quality moments with family, soaking up the sun, enjoying live music events, and exploring flea markets!

Stacy – Client Services

Stacy grew up in a small town and has a deep appreciation for the spirit of small businesses. She’s passionate about supporting local entrepreneurs and helping their visions thrive.

In her role, Stacy helps manage day-to-day client requests, coordinates special projects, and ensures a smooth and positive experience for every client interaction.

Outside of work, Stacy enjoys quality time with her family, traveling, cheering on her favorite baseball team, and running her own baking business.

Bri – Office Admin

Bri has been part of small-town communities for years and has a genuine passion for supporting local businesses. She brings that same dedication and care to everything she does here in the office!

If you’ve ever stopped by or called the office, there’s a good chance you’ve spoken with Bri! She keeps our day-to-day operations running smoothly—managing scheduling, communication, and keeping the office organized. Bri also supports our clients with special projects and is always happy to help however she can!

In her free time, Bri enjoys hanging out with friends and family—including her husband Chris and their dog Lola—fishing, and hunting for unique home decor pieces!
